Order Process - M2M

1. Reception

The client is welcomed into the Ichijiku Gallery space and provided with a short introduction and explanation of the order process over exquisite Japanese wagashi sweets and tea.

2. Fabric Selection

The client is first shown the entire Ichijiku fabric collection via our virtual catalogue. They then choose their favorites, which are then brought out to the client to examine. Throughout this process we will provide explanations of the various fabrics, and provide recommendations. The client then makes their final fabric decision.

3. Measurement & Accents

Measurements are conducted by having the client try on various sizes in order to find their ideal fitment. If necessary, measurements of the sleeve and/or hem length are performed as well.

The client then chooses their desired buttons, lining, and lapel hole stitching.

4. Payment

Payment is made in full at the time of order.

5. Delivery

One month later, the finished piece will be shipped out to the client. If the client is in Japan, they have the option of picking up the piece from the Ichijiku Gallery.
